Country Lake Estates | Spring Texas Neighborhoods | Zipcode 77388

For the past weeks, I’ve taken you to the beautiful master-planned community of Gleannloch Farms, the heavily forested community of Windrose, and the luxury golf-course community of Auburn Lakes.

Today, I am capping off my best Spring neighborhood series for 2020 by touring you around a community that is conveniently located to nearby shopping and dining, has easy access to transit routes, and offers an assortment of beautiful houses in varying sizes and prices.

Join me as I tour around the tree-lined streets of Country Lake Estates.

Neighborhood tours and tips that are useful to first-time homebuyers, experienced homebuyers, home sellers, landlords, and renters who would like to relocate here in the Greater Houston area.

Now, moving on to our topic. If you are looking for a community that offers convenience, high-quality homes that are reasonably priced, and surrounded by great schools, then Country Lake Estates is your place to be.

It is just 22 miles north of Houston and just 2.5 miles west of I45. It can be easily accessed through Louetta and Kuykendahl roads. This small neighborhood has 552 homesites divided into four non-gated communities. It features an assortment of beautifully designed homes inspired by traditional, Mediterranean, and Tuscan architecture. Homes are built by Village Builders, Travis Homes, Gehan, Chesmar Homes, and Harrisburg Homes. Square footage range from 1,880 to 4,520sq. ft. with prices ranging from $295,000 to $440,000. HOA is approximately priced between $650 to $800 dependent on the section.

Homeowners of Country Lake Estates will surely relish the panoramic view of its two lakes. Both lakes have walking paths around them for fitness buffs to enjoy a year-round of walking, jogging, and biking. Residents who prefer a sedentary lifestyle can just sit by the lakes to take-in its tranquil view and watch some ducks and egrets swim by. While fishing enthusiasts can do some catch and release fishing.
This subdivision features a recreation center complete with a game room where homeowners can relax and play with family and friends, a swimming pool that is home to the Country Lake Estate Crocs swim team, and a covered children’s pool. Tennis aficionados will surely love the two floodlit tennis courts adjacent to the recreation center.

A family-friendly pocket park is located at the other end of the Big Lake where family and friends can get together for a picnic while watching their kids have fun at the nearby playground equipped with monkey bars and brightly colored slides.

Children of Country Lake Estates residents attend schools in the highly acclaimed Klein Independent School District. Just 2 miles away is Kuehnle Elementary School, a primary institution that caters to pre-kindergarten to grade five students. Middle schoolers can attend Strack Intermediate School, a mere 1.3 miles away from the subdivision. While high school students can go to Klein Collins High School, just 2 miles away from Country Lake Estates. There are also several private schools in the area like Cypresswood Montessori School, Trinity Klein Lutheran School, and a lot more.

Grocery shopping is just a breeze in Country Lake Estates with Kroger located just 4 minutes away while H-E-B and Sprouts Farmers Market are just 7 minutes away. If residents don’t feel like cooking dinner, they can drive to FM2920 and choose between Chic-Fil A, Dominos Pizza, Chilli’s, Wendys, Rakuu Sushi Bar and many more. Or they can just drive to McDonalds or Wingstop outside the neighborhood for a quick bite.

Healthcare facilities abound towards the FM1960 area. Residents may have a quick check-up at the Access Health Clinic at Louetta. Or they can go to Healthgroup Partners along Kuykendahl. If they need hospital care, HCA Houston Healthcare Northwest is just 5.2 miles from the neighborhood or they can go to Memorial Hermann Convenient Care Center near the Grand Parkway or to CHI St. Luke’s Health Springwood Village Hospital at Mossy rd.

Indeed, life at Country Lake Estates is a life of convenience, simplicity and tranquility. Its location, home quality, proximity to great schools and healthcare are just one of the few reasons why people choose to call it home.
