My husband and I were on the market to buy our first home and we were still wanting to find a realtor that we either personally knew or were referrals from family and close friends. We have worked with several realtors all around Texas and California and she is the BEST!!! She helped us get the best deal for our house and when we wanted to have it rented, she was very objective in helping us find the right renter even if another agent represented the renters we chose. She did not push us to get the rental applicants who came to her open house without an agent (which meant a higher commission for her) but instead, provided her unbiased opinion when we chose the renter we wanted. This was her first time dealing with some of these parties, but she really stepped up by inquiring about each of the parties internal process to help facilitate and streamline the close. 3, Persistence & Attention to Detail. Unfortunately I was not able to be part of the initial walk thru and inspection since I was living and working out of state. However Jen became my eyes and ears. Along with a 3rd party inspector, Jen was able to assist in pointing out several other additional issues that the builder missed and needed to work on. By the time I arrived for the final walk thru, she was there to ensure all issues had been addressed. Overall I am thankful Jen was here to help me and my family out. She really helped make the whole home purchase process 1 less thing to worry about when moving across the country. I strongly recommend her services.

When my husband and I decided to relocate our family to Houston, I started scouring YouTube to find out as much as I could about the area. I stumbled across Jennifers Realtor videos that discussed everything from neighborhoods, flood zones, to homesteads. It was a wealth of information to help us make some really well-informed decisions and again, that was just from her videos!! When we were ready to move forward, I contacted Jennifer and she was warm, friendly, and quick to respond. She made it extremely easy to communicate even though we were 2400 miles apart and in a different time zone. The real estate market is crazy pretty much everywhere but it was an insane process trying to get a contract to stick with a good house. After two accepted offers with two less than desirable home inspections (to say the least) and three rejected offers we were starting to get desperate. When we found THE house, Jennifer was quick to get our offer in, and in a multiple offer situation our offer was accepted. We were so excited! The house inspection went off without a hitch and we thought we would be crossing the finish line in 30 days, unfortunately, that was not the case. The lender I chose almost killed the deal. Jennifer was vigilant in her communication with the lender and proactive in helping get inane conditions that were just stall tactics by the underwriter. The lender blasted through TWO closing date deadlines and Jennifer stuck with us to negotiate the extensions. Finally, when it was obvious that the lender was going nowhere, we were referred to another local lender that repackaged our loan. There was still that element of surprise that I dont wish on any buyer but the lender repackaged our loan, and we were once again moving forward! One of the conditions required... obtaining a signed letter from a new employer. Being 2400 miles away I asked the BIG ASK would Jennifer go to the office to get the signature? We didnt have time for the delays in e-communication so SHE DID!! Jennifer took unplanned time out of her schedule to do this for us to ensure our closing. There were so many moments during the lending processes that we all could have lost hope, but Jennifer stood fast and rolled up her sleeves to get in and help the process. She is definitely someone you want to have in your corner to work with you and for you. Our family highly recommends Jennifer. She is a gem!!
