This is a long survey and I owe it to this lady. I am a partner investor and have bought a lot of homes using Jennifer and she never disappoints. At first, I wanted to list my lease properties using agents that are well known, but I felt they are more in the numbers or quantity. I do not like to be treated as a number. I know they will not invest in me, but will put my listing in the market and not use professional photography especially if the house is only for lease and not for sale. I know the game..agents do not really earn much to lease a property so why invest on the home. Anyway, I came across Jennifer simply by searching the internet, and I find her bio to be really intriguing. In my opinion, let’s see if she really focuses on quality than quantity. So I decided to call her and set-up an appointment. Once I met her, she explained what she plans on doing, that is put supra, put nice signs, use a professional photographer and stage if needed. I was shocked because it is only a rental property, why invest on this right?? I trusted her and eager to see what she will do…she really takes time in giving me a good pricing strategy, prepare the house to lease and promote the house. This is what I like. The house is not even in the market and she is already starting to market it to her peers. Not only that, she found me tenants and coordinated with all of us even in the wee hours. I know my homes are only rentals but I see her dedication on how she works…I sent an email around 11:00pm and not expecting an answer, but she did. Bridging the communication gaps between the parties involved: lender, builder, insurance, title, and myself. Jen was relentless here!!! Not once did anyone drop the ball on the entire process to purchase my new home because Jen was there to follow up and hold anyone accountable for any actions that had to be taken. 2. Guidance. Unfortunately I was not able to be part of the initial walk thru and inspection since I was living and working out of state. However Jen became my eyes and ears. Along with a 3rd party inspector, Jen was able to assist in pointing out several other additional issues that the builder missed and needed to work on.
