This is a long survey and I owe it to this lady. I am a partner investor and have bought a lot of homes using Jennifer and she never disappoints. At first, I wanted to list my lease properties using agents that are well known, but I felt they are more in the numbers or quantity. I do not like to be treated as a number. I know they will not invest in me, but will put my listing in the market and not use professional photography especially if the house is only for lease and not for sale. I know the game..agents do not really earn much to lease a property so why invest on the home.
